"The 850 Professional IC is user friendly and the software is intuitive. It is a very reliable instrument and easy to use. The instrument tolerates high organic solvent in sample preparation. This instrument is suitable for cosmetics sample analysis. It could test for and differentiate between alkalines in hair-dyes. The after sales service is excellent. The Sales / Engineers are friendly and are only a phone call away. I will gladly recommend this instrument and other Metrohm products to other colleagues."
