On the rare occasion we have need of technical support for our methods/system, I have been very satisfied with the quality of support we have received. To my knowledge, my company has purchased three different instances over the years, whenever upgrades to the existing equipment was required. "The DOSINO 800 dispenser works really well, with a 10,000 stepper motor per cylinder volume, its precision and repeatability is very good. The motor is located above the reagent, so if there is a leak, it is not affected. It can be mounted directly on the reagent bottle. I recommend having the moving parts of the burette lightly greased and using a PTFE burette for strongly basic reagents."
