Good, consistent GC.

"We have been happy with this GC. Consistent, reproducible, robust. This unit has little in the way of a control panel, so some settings must be changed in the software. The version of OpenLab CDS Chemstation software we have apparently cannot do this, so there is a 'remote controller' software package that must be installed for changing certain settings. The controller can be a bit glitchy and took some getting used to. Only real issue we have had with it in 4 years was failure of the TCD detector following a loss of electrical phase input to our building, but the replacement was a fairly easy DIY install."

"The instrument is quite reliable. Software (openlab) is a bit hard but once you get used to it, it allows to perform several tasks. Report customisation is not intuitive and you might have to read the manual several times. On the bright side, hardware is very good and that makes maintenance easy."
