"-It is highly effective as a multi-elemental instrument given a precise, accurate and reproducible results over time - It is highly adaptable depending on the user with flexibility ranging from the beginner who can learn within few hours prior to usage and expert who can devise different methods for analysis. - Because of the present of the agilent technical representatives in most countries, It is easy to repair when faulty and even the consumables and parts like nebulizer are easily accessible - It is very fast, durable and sensitive in result output"

"With displeasure at the equipment and with the Agilent company for 3 years after purchasing the equipment they did not have due regard to equipment problems. Now after all this time, they want to make the switch to a new model 4200, but during three years the project eventually stopped by the manufacturer neglect."
