"Easy to use system. Very solid build and customer care in very short response time. Using the counter for 5 years now with only one problem at the beginning-vial was not properly closed and after measurement, the chamber was blocked with the vial without the cap. Solved it with telephone help from Hidex. It did not need any service yet (it is not used every day-sometimes not even in weeks-during corona even less)."
