"I can easily see where this would be a great benchtop instrument for an environmental lab testing water and wastewater. We use it to put a numeric value (NTU) on haze for our polymers. This is great for offering an objective value rather than subjective from analyst to analyst eyes. It is extremely sensitive and provides repeatable values in a short time of less than a minute per analysis. Care must be taken to remove any air bubbles in samples however due to high sensitivity this will greatly impact values. Also, samples that are colored can impact results."
