Data acquisition and analysis performed by the 2100 Bioanalyzer Expert Software package is unbiased and highly reproducible. The sample fragment size and sample concentration are automatically provided, with further customized analysis tools available for specific assays.

Sample integrity of RNA can be determined reproducibly using the widely-accepted standard, RNA Integrity Number (RIN). The software features powerful data evaluation tools for accurate smear analysis and the automatic and manual integration of samples. Many additional assay-specific tools are also included for customized performance.
