The Lancer 1600 LXP freestanding glassware washer dryer is typically found in large centralised facilities or in laboratories with large non-standard sized items. Providing up to 4 levels of washing, thousands of glassware items a day presents no problem for the large 1600 LXP chamber. Racks are interchangeable between any of the 4 levels allowing many loading options. It is also ideal for very large vessels - 20 to 100 litres (5 - 26 gallons).
Key features include: vast chamber (26”/655cm wide x 34”/855cm deep) for high volume, robust control system allowing for great washer functionality, optional independent monitoring system, powerful and rapid HEPA filtered drying through injectors and in wash chamber, on-board storage and input of chemicals and higher grade 316 L stainless steel chamber.
The 1600 LXP features microprocessor controls with 4 pre-set programs for chemistry glassware, bacteriology/virology (high temperature), stubborn stains (agar) and volumetric glassware (lower temperature). For other applications the 1600 LXP offers 36 additional programs that can be modified to fit any application. These custom programs offer the user the ability to easily adjust cycle parameters for program phases, temperatures, phase times and chemical dosing.
