I can't imagine my PhD degree without this instrument.

"This instrument helps in my research work through out my PhD. It is easy to use and maintain. The quaternary pump system and auto sampler was quite good and using these I go through multiple gradient eluent system with multiple samples with out headache."

The 1260 Infinity II Quaternary Pump is a gradient pump that uses low-pressure mixing for UHPLC gradient formation and solvent blending from up to four solvents. This pump operates at pressures up to 600 bar and flow rates up to 10 mL/min.
The 1260 Infinity II Quaternary Pump combines proven reliability with highest flexibility in automated gradient formation and solvent blending, and is recommended for a wide range of research and routine applications as well as for method development.
Features:
- Wide flow range up to 10 mL/min supports standard analytical and semipreparative applications and is ideal for 4.6 and 3.0 mm id columns
- 600 bar maximum pressure allows you to use smaller particle size columns, longer columns, and/or higher viscous solvents as an alternative to acetonitrile for higher resolution and/or faster separations
- Convenient access to up to four solvents for isocratic or gradient analysis, accelerating method development, preparation of mobile phases, and system flushing
- Easy, fast, and secure transfer of methods from conventional columns to sub-2-micron columns
- Integrated high-efficiency degasser with low internal volume based on PTFE AF technology offers fast change-over of solvents for purging and priming
- Robust materials (stainless steel, titanium, gold, ruby, sapphire, ceramics, PEEK, and PTFE) withstand the most demanding applications, increasing pump longevity while reducing operating costs
- Optional seal wash for high-salt mobile phases keeps maintenance to a minimum and reduces operating costs
