The 1260 Infinity Preparative-scale Purification System handles flow rates up to 100 mL/min for laboratory-scale purification using columns with inside diameters from 9.4 to 50 mm. The system can be deployed as a workhorse to fulfill the high-throughput requirements of combinatorial and medicinal chemistry in core facility labs. Alternatively, the system is an ideal method scale-up solution for optimizing the resolution and recovery of individual compounds.
