The 1260 Infinity Micro-fraction Collection/Spotting System is optimized for capillary and nanoflow rates (100 nl/min to 100 l/min) and can collect small fractions in 96 and 384 wellplate format, vials and Eppendorf tubes. You can also use it to spot nanoliter amounts reliably, precisely and quickly onto MALDI targets from all major vendors. The combination of the uniquely designed tip of the outlet capillary and the liquid contact control mode guarantees reproducible deposition of even the smallest droplets without bubble formation or cross contamination. Even at the lowest flow rates you can achieve fast spotting rates with precise positioning.
