"This model of Agilent HPLC is very good. It is very easy to handle and operate. User can learn to use this instrument in a few days. Service is provided very quickly. HPLC breakdown time is very low. HPLC output and working is very high. This HPLC is a favourite for handling. Very easy to understand how to handle or operate the HPLC. Spare parts are provided by Agilent very quickly. Never fail in percentage rsd or retention time."

The Agilent 1260 Infinity High Performance Micro Autosampler is designed for capillary and nanoflow LC, allowing injection of sample volumes from nL to µL from well plates and vials. It features a low dispersion micro injection valve. It can be upgraded from non-thermostatted to a thermostatted version by adding the Agilent 1290 Infinity Thermostat.

Features:

  • Minimized dispersion using a micro Rheodyne® valve and the optimized design of the needle seat, loop and seat capillaries that minimizes dispersion.
  • Ten times better resolution than a standard autosampler by using a high-resolution metering device.
  • Minimal delay volumes for rapid gradients and fast equilibration when bypassing the autosampler after sample injection.
  • Increased sample injection speed for high sample throughput.
  • No waste of sample (especially when available sample is limited) through variable injection volume and flow through design (compared to fixed loop approaches).
  • Flexible and convenient sample handling with different types of sample containers such as well-plates and vials. Using 384-well plates allows you to process up to 768 samples unattended.
  • Peltier temperature control from 4 to 40 °C for thermally labile samples (upgrade from non-thermostatted to thermostatted version possible).
