"The Agilent 1200 LC was a little more expensive but has paid for itself with better precision & accuracy than our previous vendor's LCs. The only downside we have experienced is that the injection valves don't seem to be as robust as those on the 1100 series. We do all of our own in lab maintenance, and we have been pleased with the technical support we have received when needed." |

The quality difference and after sales care, does not really justify the difference in the original price, especially when Agilent instruments are not as compatible with other vendors software packs such as Chromeleon." |
