"The NEBNext mRNA Second Strand Synthesis kit has proven superior to numerous others that we have tested in our lab. It is very fast and easy to use and at an incredible price for the purpose. Since discovering this method it has become a staple in our lab for cDNA synthesis. The technicians at NEB were the ones to originally point us in the direction of this method even before it was officially marketed and we are all very happy that they have helped us optimize our methods."
NEBNext® reagents are a series of highly pure reagents that facilitate library preparation of DNA or RNA for downstream applications such as next generation sequencing and expression library construction. Available in sets, master mixes and modules, these robust reagents undergo stringent quality controls and functional validation, ensuring maximum yield, convenience and value.
Advantages of NEBNext Reagents for RNA Library Preparation:
Convenient formats – Enzymes, buffers and nucleotides are included, at appropriate concentrations and in appropriate volumes, and are available in set or master mix format. Large and small sizes are available.
Functional Validation – Each set is validated together by preparation of a library from an accepted RNA reference sample, that is sequenced using an Illumina GAIIx.
Stringent Quality Controls
Novel Protocol for small RNA - Higher yield and substantially reduced adaptor dimer formation suitable for methylated and unmethylated small RNAs.
Applications of NEBNext Reagents for RNA Library Preparation:
mRNA library preparation for next generation sequencing
Small RNA library preparation for sequencing with Illumina and SOLiD
Expression library construction
