Given the demand for more throughput, quantitation, and smaller dispense volumes, BioDot will introduce its new “High Resolution” (HR) non contact pump at the AACC show. The pump has a dynamic dispense range from 2 nL – 4 uL in any one droplet. As with other BioDot dispensing technologies, the BioJet HR is quantitative and non contact, enabling dispensing to a variety of microfluidic targets.
In addition to the new pump, BioDot also has news in the Molecular Diagnostic field. Using our dispensing technology has allowed us to automate FISH assays, as well as qPCR with more throughput, consistent results and a savings in reagent. Showing at AACC will be a new “indexing Reel to Reel”, MDx1500 dispenser and reader, and tabletop laminators to support in line biosensors, arraying or other molecular diagnostics applications.
