Microplates
Microplates are a high-throughput technology, commonly using 96-well or 384-well plates. Features to consider when using microplates include using clear, glass, solid or black bottom plates and deep or shallow well plates. Specialized microplates include PCR, SPE, UV and storage plates. Microplate readers / scanners can use mono or multi-detection methods detect luminescence, fluorescence or absorbance.
