Elplasia Life Sciences of Kuraray Co., Ltd. has announced that it will be exhibiting at the 2017 New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF) Conference and showcasing Elplasia plates for stem cell research and regenerative medicine.
Elplasia plates have been created as a 3D cell culture tool, specially designed for easy use and cell visibility. These plates are suitable for high-throughput screening due to simple handling and a SBS 96-, 384-well plate format. The plates have a number of micro-spaces on the surface which allow cells to self-assemble.
The NYSCF conference, taking place from October 24-25 at Rockefeller University, New York, focuses on translational stem cell research, demonstrating the potential to advance cures for the major diseases of our time.
The NYSCF Research Institute, which runs the event, is an independent laboratory, a non-profit accelerator, that serves to bridge the gap between research institutes and pharmaceutical and biotech companies by reducing the cost, time and risk that inhibits the development of new treatments and cures.
By supporting only the most promising stem cell research and technologies, in their own labs and in partnership with leading global institutions, NYSCF serves as a catalyst in advancing research in the field.
This conference is designed for all professionals with an interest in stem cell research, including physicians, researchers, clinical investigators, professors, government and health officials, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students.
