Industry News: New Event Announced: High Throughput BioProcess Development

21 Feb 2011

With the continuing increase in the rate of new biologics coming to market compared to traditional small molecule drugs there is a pressing need for high through-put technologies. These are required now to help drive the discovery and development of new medicines and to reduce the costs and timescale of bringing them to market. Over recent years there have been a number of examples of such technologies which help to expand the design space while optimising the processes of cell line development, clone selection, media selection and protein purification.

This conference will bring together leading experts in a number of these fields in order to both look at the state of the art today and what may be available in the future. The meeting will consist of presentations covering early R&D in the area of Bioprocessing and also the move to use the information found by high through put methods to assist in the scale up process including the use of single-use components.

This one day meeting will give you both an opportunity to hear the view of the experts and also view in the vendor show the latest offering for the key vendors in the sector.

This event will be held at Daresbury Park, Warrington, 22nd June 2011
