CellPlayer™ 96-Well Cytotoxicity Assay
30 Jan 2015

Assays designed to measure cytotoxicity in vitro are used to predict tissue-specific toxicity or to identify and classify leads for anti-cancer therapies. This application note shows the optimization of live-cell imaging reagents for use in the IncuCyte ZOOM™ imaging system. In addition, it illustrates how to multiplex the CellPlayer 96-Well Cell Cytotoxicity Assay with Essen’s novel CellPlayer lentivirus based NucLight reagents that incorporate a red nuclear label. This allows for measurements of proliferation in addition to measurements of cytotoxicity.
