Analysis of Tricyclic Antidepressants in Human Urine Using UltraPerformance Convergence Chromatography (UPC²)
24 May 2013

Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) are an older class of drug traditionally analyzed using GC, UV, or LC/MS. This application note describes the successful implementation of UltraPerformance Convergence Chromatography™ for the analysis of and quantification of four TCAs in human urine. Results demonstrate the utility and benefits of this novel separation technology in the important application area of bioanalysis.
