DNA Sequencing

DNA sequencing has developed dramatically in recent years, with many methods now available. Techniques used include gels, PCR and arrays. Sample preparation is required for DNA purification, concentration and labeling. DNA sequencers should be high-throughput, economical, automated and have associated software. Sequencers are also available for RNA, genomes and proteins.
