Sanyo Corporation of America
Sanyo Corporation of America (SCOA) is the US subsidiary of Sanyo Trading Co., Ltd., an International Trading company with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. SCOA has a history of more than 50 years and is one of the oldest Japanese companies in the United States.
Main products include chemicals, specialized plastic film, rubber and related materials. While SCOA operates from its headquarters in New York, there is also a branch in Detroit handling products for the automotive industry.
In addition to these traditional businesses, SCOA established its New Business Development Group in 2010. This group sells unique technical devices for laboratory and research applications, but also for assembling and processing.
