Amplicon Analysis of Lung Cancer Samples

In this application note it is demonstrated that the CLC Genomics Workbench allows for a fast, accurate and simple-to-use re-sequencing workflow for analyzing amplicon based next-generation sequencing data exemplified by analysis and comparison of amplicon sequencing data for identification of cancer-specific (somatic) variations.
