Using High Content Imaging to Automate the in vitro Micronucleus Assay: Analysis of CHO-K1 and Balb/3T3 in the Presence and Absence of Cytochalasin B
13 February 2012

In this study, high content imaging analysis was used to evaluate the genotoxicity of six compounds in two cell lines (CHO-K1 and Balb/3T3-a31). Using the Micronucleus assay with certain variations it was determined whether cytokinesis blocking had an effect on the results.
