Application Note: Addressing the Bottlenecks in Metabolomics: Making an Expedient Transition from Global Profiling to Targeted Quantitation

This application note describes the development of software tools designed to make the transition from global untargeted profiling to targeted quantitation more efficient and automated. Breast cancer cell lines grown under different conditions are analyzed by high resolution/accurate mass (HRAM) LCMS on a Q Exactive and analyzed using commercially available software packages, SIEVE and TraceFinder.
