Automated Processing of Cell Cultures on the Tecan® Freedom EVO® robotic workstation

This product note demonstrates automated cell harvesting and plating methods for different cell lines on a Tecan® Freedom EVO® robotic workstation. The results closely matched manually obtained data regarding harvesting efficiency and cell viability. The cell plating experiments demonstrated that imprecisions derived from liquid dispensing and measurement methodology were minor in comparison to those originating from indistinct cell suspension characteristics.
