Separation of Clindamycin Phosphate and Process Impurities

In this application note an isocratic UHPLC separation of clindamycin phosphate from its precursor product lincomycin and impurities like clindamycin is presented. The method uses a sub-2 μm column and can be carried out in less than 3 minutes. The high speed and reliability of the method make it well-suited for routine analysis in drug-manufacturing quality control.
