This application note describes the volumetric delivery of DisPo Powder Dispensing technology for dry powders and solids in food testing. This technology can be employed on several different platforms to create automated workstations for dispensing powders and solids over the mass range of 100 micrograms to 100 milligrams, including garlic powder, powdered sugar (10x), cocoa, cinnamon, corn starch, granulated sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder and table salt.
