Application Note: Detection, Confirmation, and Quantification of Chloramphenicol in Honey, Shrimp and Chicken

This application note describes a method that was developed using the G6410AA Triple Quadrupole to quantify chloramphenicol in honey, shrimp and chicken. The sensitivity obtained exceeds the minimum required performance level (MRPL) established by the European Union regulation for food monitoring programs.
