Carbonyl-DNPH Derivatives in Indoor and In-car Air by UHPLC and Triple Quadrupole LC/MS
29 Apr 2013

This application note describes the use of ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) and LC/MS/MS methods to determine free carbonyl compounds in air after derivatization with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine.
