Alternative Methods for Measuring the Activity of Signalling Proteins
26 Oct 2009

This application note by R&D Systems describes alternative methods for measuring the levels or activity of signalling molecules. A range of kits are presented, including the Cell-Based ELISA which permits the simultaneous detection of two proteins in the same microplate well without the need for lysate preparation and the DuoSet ICIP-Kinase Assays which can be used to detect changes in the levels of protein or changes in its phosphorylation state.
