Application Note: The Impact of the Temperature Performance of Thermal (PCR) Cyclers on the Generated Results, and the Obligation for Regular Validation of PCR Thermal Cyclers

This application note demonstrates a sensitive, multi-channel temperature measurement system for the dynamic temperature validation of thermal cyclers. The study found that laboratories performing cycling reactions should validate their cycler at least twice a year, although a more frequent validation is preferable.
