Application Note: Optimizing Protein Purification Conditions

PureSpeed Protein Tips have been demonstrated to be the most efficient and cost-effective way to purify recombinant proteins and antibodies. Used with the Rainin E4 XLS electronic pipette, PureSpeed's unique design allows bidirectional flow of the sample over the resin bed, which maximizes the capture of the target protein by allowing the binding reaction to reach equilibrium. This application note demonstrates that simultaneous screening of multiple conditions can be achieved rapidly and effectively using the PureSpeed system.
