This application note from Molecular Devices introduces the SpectraMax® Paradigm® Multi-Mode Detection Platform with Tunable Wavelength (TUNE) Detection Cartridge designed to combine the flexibility of wavelength scanning with the high sensitivity of filters. Using a breakthrough monochromator design the TUNE Detection Cartridge enables researchers to easily optimize assays over a wide range of wavelengths with up to 10x the sensitivity compared to other monochromator systems.
