Application Note: Comparative Morphological, Temporal and Pharmacological Profiles of Two 96-well In Vitro Kinetic Angiogenesis Co-Culture Assays
14 October 2015

In vitro models of vascular cord/tube formation are valuable tools for probing the complex signaling pathways of angiogenesis. This poster compares two co-culture models; adipose derived stem cells (ADSC) with endothelial colony forming cells (ECFC) and normal human dermal fibroblasts (NHDF) with human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) which have been developed into turnkey, robust, flexible and fully kinetic 96-well paradigms.
