This application notebook and brochure demonstrates the analysis of various substances in food samples, for quality control, authentication and food safety. Compounds that can be analyzed include carotenoids in leafy plants, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides in food, and substances with biopharmaceutical potential extracted from medicinal plants.
