UHPLC-MS Method for the Quantification of Steroid Hormones

This application note presents a method combining the fast UHPLC separation and the mass sensitive and exact MS detection of six steroid hormones. The developed UHPLCESI- MS method allows for the qualification and quantification of these steroids in only one run.
