The use of Microflow UHPLC as a Way to Reduce Solvent Usage in Pesticide Screening of Food Samples by LC/MS/MS
14 Jun 2012

Traditionally in pesticide screening food samples are prepared using generic extraction procedures, like QuEChERS and then analyzed by LC/MS/MS or GC/MS/MS. This poster presents new data using Microflow LC with a LC/MS/MS method developed on a system utilizing the Scheduled MRM™ algorithm in combination with fast polarity switching and acquisition of MS/MS spectra for compound identification.
