The Determination of C1 to C5 Hydrocarbons in Gas Streams using the PerkinElmer Swafer Technology

In this application note, a new method is described for the analysis of light hydrocarbons in refinery and other gases. This method uses a Swafer™ backflushing technology with capillary columns under isothermal conditions to both improve the chromatographic separation and to reduce the analysis cycle times to just over 5 minutes.
