Application Note: Smart Elemental Composition by Automatically Limiting the Element Set

This application note demonstrates an approach to elemental composition to improve results by exploiting isotope information to limit the element set, reducing the probability of detecting an element that is there by chance. This method can automatically detect common molecules relevant to small-molecule metabolism at 120k resolution.
