Separation of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Using Agilent Bio SEC-3
19 Jul 2012

This application note presents a method for the separation of various recombinant human erythropoietin (EPO) sizes. The HPLC separation of EPO protein can be achieved by using a variety of chemistries, this note focuses on the use of analytical size exclusion using Agilent Bio-SEC columns in combination with the Agilent 1260 Infinity Bio-inert Quaternary HPLC. Methods are optimized for flow rates, gradient and reproducibility under neutral conditions that contain just sodium phosphate buffer.
