Scaling a Separation from UPLC to Purification Using Focused Gradients

Purification laboratories face many of the same challenges that their counterparts in analytical laboratories face: the need to increase throughput and efficiency without sacrificing quality and quantity. This application note discusses the use of focused gradients in a purification laboratory to maintain selectivity and resolution and also to allow UPLC screening to be applied to preparative samples.
