Reduced Ion Suppression and Improved LC/MS Sensitivity with Agilent Bond Elut Plexa

This application note from Agilent compares SPE products including Agilent’s Bond Elut Plexa. It shows that Bond Elut Plexa reduces ion suppression in beta blocker extraction, compared to other products, for improved LC/MS sensitivity and delivered low LOD (0.01 – 0.05 ng/mL) and LOQ (0.05 – 0.5 ng/mL). The beta blockers were extracted with high correlation coefficients (R2 ¡ 0.995) and good recovery data was obtained with very good % RSD.
