RapidFire™ In Vitro ADME Applications

In this application note the RapidFire™ MS System is used to perform in vitro ADME assays. The system is used for fast and predictive drug compound analyses including parallel artificial membrane permeability assays, microsomal stability assays and comparison of CYP Inhibition compared to traditional LC-MS.
