Rapid MS-analysis of in vitro drug permeability and transport assays using NALDI target plates

NALDI nanostructured target plates provide a novel platform to couple mass spectral analysis to high throughput, in vitro drug transport assay. This application note demonstrates how these unique substrates remove the need for sample processing after the biological assay and offer a novel method to provide fast, quantitative and accurate mass spectral analysis at an early stage of in vitro ADME-Tox evaluation of drug candidates.
