Optimizing FFPE DNA preparation for use in SureSelect

The Agilent SureSelect platform provides a fast, cost-effective, and accurate approach to target specific genomic regions for downstream sequencing analysis. In this application note an optimized protocol for processing genomic DNA (gDNA) extracted from both archived FFPE tissues is described. The next generation sequencing performance of FFPE gDNA extracted using the SureSelect^XT2 kit is assessed and compared with other kits.
