Application Note: Multi-day Biologics Stability Experiments with UNcle
13 January 2017

This application note describes how UNcle can be used to differentiate proteins with similar thermal ramp stability values. By measuring the isothermal stability changes of the proteins in two different measuring modes, Fluorescence and Static Light Scattering (SLS) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), to allow for increased information gathering. This application note highlights how UNcle can facilitate screening for stability and aggregation with hands-off isothermal experiments that are easy to set up and analyze, so that researchers can move with confidence to the next steps of characterization.
