Miniaturized Quantitative PCR in 1536-Well Plate Format Using the Echo® Liquid Handler

This application note describes four experiments which investigate the performance the Echo® Liquid Handler. The experiments evaluate the transfer volume performance of the Echo liquid handler and the reproducibility of the Echo Liquid Handler. The Echo Liquid Handler’s ability to miniaturize qPCR reactions and avoid cross contamination were also evaluated.
