Miniaturized Genotyping Reactions with the Echo® Liquid Handler

This poster highlights the ability of the Echo 555 from Labcyte to transfer nanoliter quantities of PCR reagents for 384-well genotyping analysis utilizing the LightCycler 480 system. The Echo liquid handler transfers reagents using acoustic energy which allows for accurate drop placement without cross contamination. Miniaturization in as low as 500 nL yields were shown.
