This application note highlights studies demonstrating how Trinean technology, combines a high throughput spectrophotometer and microfluidic DropPlate chips, and offers several advantages over other instruments on the market. The use of microfluidic DropPlates minimizes manual labour as well as improves the quality of the measurement by avoiding evaporation or miniscus effects. Furthermore,
combining the DropPlate chips on a 96 well frame makes full automated analysis of microliter-sized samples possible for high throughput labs. Using Trinean technology, high speed measurements using a minimal amount of sample is now possible.
